“Reduce Anxiety” Stretchy Bracelet with Amethyst, Howlite, Moonstone, & Lava Beads

I’ve designed this bracelet with the intention of manifesting a reduction in anxiety.

Amethyst helps ward off negative emotions such as depression, fear, and anxiety by attracting positive energy and promotes healing!

Howlite absorbs stress, tension, anxiety, and other intense emotions.  As well as it is helpful for cooling heated emotions and regaining emotional balance!

Moonstone is a stone which promotes healing on all levels (physical, emotional, and spiritual).  And helps to bring your hormones into balance and to accept change and new beginnings!

Lava Stone is a calming stone, it is very useful in dissipating anger.  It promotes positive changes where needed in behavioral issues.  The lava beads can also have an essential oil blend placed on them, and thus the bracelet becomes a tool for aromatherapy!
