Shipping & FAQ’s

At Crystal Wilson Designs I want your pursuit of stone-magic to go as smoothly as possible.

Custom orders — Yes, absolutely! Every piece you see here is not a mass-produced item but a portal: you may select the stone, the wire colour, and invite your own intention into its design. Please send a message for personalized pricing and to discuss your vision.

Shipping & local pickup – If you’re nearby in Bayside, Ontario, you may opt for local pickup or delivery. For everyone else, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping times – If you choose a piece that’s already created and listed, I will ship it within three business days. If your piece is custom-made just for you, please allow up to two weeks for creation and shipment.

Important conditions – Weather events, labour strikes, or postal delays may affect delivery times and are unfortunately out of my control.

Pendant & chain/cord details – Each pendant comes with your choice of a chain or cord to match the design.

Care instructions – Many pieces use natural, raw, or oxidized metals, which will deepen and patina over time. To keep your piece looking its best: avoid showering, swimming, or sleeping with it on; gently clean with a soft toothbrush and mild soap (or a jewellery cleaner) to restore its sparkle.

Returns & exchanges – If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit (custom orders excluded). Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Thank you for choosing to bring one of these handcrafted treasures into your world. Your piece is made with care, intention and an ear to the stone’s voice.

About Me

I live in Bayside, Ontario, but for ten years I wandered the forests of Northern BC with my companion, Deimos the dog, as I worked as a forester. The trees whispered, the rocks turned in my fingers, and the wind brought me unexpected tokens.

My hands respond to the language of stones and crystals. My medium is wire — twisting it into form to cradle gem and mineral companions. But I’m guided by intuition: wood, leather, up-cycled thrift finds, metal scraps, the detritus of nature’s overflow all have their place in the story I tell.

Lately (2024-25) I’ve stepped further into the lapidary realm: rock-hounding my own stones, sawing, polishing, wire-wrapping them. From the hidden belly of the earth, to your hands.

Made with love, forged by nature, gifted with intention.
