This stretchy cord bracelet is created with amethyst and labradorite beads and also has black lava stone beads.  This combination of stones is my personal favorite and helps me keep a handle on my anxiety.

Amethyst is a powerful and protective stone. It guards against psychic attack, transmuting the energy into love and protecting the wearer from all types of harm.
Labradorite is said to temper the negativity within ourselves as well. Labradorite is known for its changing colors, so it is no surprise this gemstone is known as a stone of transformation, enhancing strength of will and inner worth.


The lava beads are also called diffuser beads and you can add essential oils to them…Simply choose your favorite single oil or blend, add a drop to the lava stone  and rub gently to encourage the oil to absorb. Now you’re ready to take your favorite scents on your wrist while running errands or hitting the grocery store.
